The new season has begun for French-bred stallion USED TO ME as last season finished - with a promising youngster saluting.

DONT CARE rounded his two-year-old campaign with victory in the group 1 Vicbred Super Series final.

The Yabby Dam Farms-bred Dont Care won five of 12 starts, all in Victoria.

Dont Care was one of eight individual winners for Used To Me for the season.

One of those was another two-year-old MY USED TO BE.

He won three of four starts, all in South Australia.

My Used To Be extended his winning record to five with his first start for Victorian trainer Lisa Miles at Yarra Valley on Monday, January 18.

The gelding was bred and is raced by Wyndown Stud.

Seven foals by Used To Me will be offered at the inaugural Nutrien Equine yearling sale at Oaklands Junction on April 10-11.
