One of our stallions has topped another yearling sale.

A Quaker Jet Fra-Reina Danzante colt, bred by Yabby Dam Farms, was sold for $60,000 at the Sydney Nutrien Equine Yearling Sale on Sunday, March 9.

Quaker Jet was also represented on the track by Red Kermit, a 4yo which had his maiden win at his fourth career seat at Shepparton on March 4.

There were some big moments for Love You Fra and Used To Me Fra in the past week.

Love You 6yo Keayang Chucky reinforced his status as one of Australia’s elite trotters by taking out his first Group 1, Hammerhead Mile at Menangle on Saturday (March 8) in one the fastest times ever by an Australasian-bred trotter - 1:51.9.

It puts him the top 10.

Love You also had three winners on the same day in Victoria on Wednesday March 5 - Jilliby Dreamlover at Terang, and Lockley Cavalier and Tictok at Bendigo.

Used To Me achieved the same feat on Sunday, March 9 with Surprise To Me at Birchip, Abitofadreamer in the Wangaratta Trotters Cup and My Used To Me in the Victoria Harbor Trotters Cup.
