Orlando Vici maintains strike rate

As French sire ORLANDO VICI prepares for another season on the Haras de Trotteurs stallion roster, he has produced winners on each side of the Tasman.

Late bloomer CLICQUOT broke her maiden status at just her third career race start at Addington.

The 5yo was bred by DN, ACS and PR Jones, and is raced by DN and ACS Jones.

Cliquot is Orlando Vici’s fourth NZ-bred winner from a handful of foals and fifth individual winner on NZ tracks.

Prolific winners Adelle and Orlando Jolt were each bred in NZ, but all their success have been in Australia.

NSW Trotters Derby winner Xebec was bred in Australia, but has also won in NZ.

BRANDLO PRINCE became Orlando Vici’s sixth winner on Australian tracks this season when he saluted at Bendigo on Saturday.

Orlando Vici has had just 10 starters in Australia this season and 15 overall.

This gives two-time group 1 placed Brandlo Prince 11 career starts.

Orlando Jolt has been his most prolific winner in 2021 with seven wins, followed by Orlando Storm (3), Visionary (2), Beau Garcon (2), Deneuve Star (1) and now Brandlo Prince.
