Love You mare Queen Elida has again stamped her authority on the track - running one of the fastest times by a trotter in Australia
She produced a stunning performance to run away with the Group 1 $100,000 Garrards Macarthur Mile for trotting mares at Menangle on Saturday night.
She had 17.5m on her rivals on the line in running a career-best 1:53.
This makes her the fastest Australasian-bred progeny of Love You.
Only two trotting mares have rated faster in Australia - Maori Time 1:51.5 and
Aldebaran Revani 1:52.7.
Only Maori Time, Aldebaran Revani and Aldebaran Zeus (1:52.6) are the only Australasian-bred trotters to run faster on an Australian track.
