Love You mare Queen Elida NZ returned to racing in style - winning the G3 La Coocaracha Free-For-All at Melton on Saturday night.

The 5yo had had a freshen-up after finishing fourth in the Great Southern Star final.

Queen Elida has a great race record of 19 wins in just 36 starts for almost $370,000 in earnings.

Of all his NZ-bred winners, Queen Elida is third on stake money.

HDT roster stallions’ winners and placegetters in earnings with only Monbet ($768,000) and Enghien ($397,000) ahead of her.

Love You is one four of HDT roster stallions in the top 13 on the Australian trotting sires list for individual winners this season.

He is second with 10.

Quaker Jet has six, and Orlando Vici and Used To Me have four each.
