New Zealand-bred and Australian-owned 2yo colt Kyvalley Ray gave Bold Eagle his breakthrough at Maryborough on April 2 when he won on debut.

The US-bred G O A T provided Walner with a feature success in the HRNSW 4yo Trotters Foundation Final at Menangle on April 5.

It was the entire’s fourth victory on Australian soil and followed a win in a head of the Foundation series.

NZ-BRED Queen Elida, a daughter of Love You Fra, has become the second Australasian-bred trotting mare to earn $1 million.

She reached the milestone with a second in the NZ slot race, The TAB Trot, at Cambridge on April 4.

MEAWNHILE, Bold Eagle will among HDT roster stallions with lots at the Melbourne Nutrien Equine yearling sale on Sunday, April 13.
